Damaged or Wrong Items
For damaged or incorrect items, email us at info@must-haven.com with photos and your order number within 7 days of delivery. We'll resolve the issue promptly.
Claims
Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be made within 30 days of receipt. Claims for lost packages must be made within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Return Process
Returned items should be sent to the default Must Haven facility address. Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days.
